• Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) - Provides employers with a federal tax credit up to $2400 for each candidate hired.

• Workers with Disabilities Employment Tax Credit (WETC) - Provides employers with a New York State tax credit of up to $2100 for each candidate hired.

• Economic Development Zone (EDZ) Tax Credits - Provides certified employers, whose business is located in the economic development zone, a New York State tax credit up to $7500 over 5 years for each candidate hired.

• Work Try-Out (WTO) - Provides employers with 100% wage reimbursement for the first four weeks of employment to evaluate a worker's ability to satisfactorily perform the job. 

• On-The-Job Training (OJT) - Reimburses the employee's salary, on a sliding scale for a period of time while the employee is being trained in a new occupation.

• Job Save - For employees within your company whose ability to perform their jobs is jeopardized by a disability, VESID services could include work capacity skills assessment, job modifications, and, if applicable, retraining to eligible employees.
