1:00 – 1:45	Disability Program Navigators Report Out New York deployed 3 Disability Program Navigators to the Gulf Coast to assist in employment hurricane recovery efforts. Peggy Metot (Oneida Herkimer-Madison), Veronica Jones (Orange) and Rene Reese (Monroe) will report out to the board on their efforts, representing the NY DPNS, to assist disabled services to individual with disabilities.
1:45 – 2:30	System Integration Subcommittee Report Out The Subcommittee will report out to the full board on the completion of the work of the two teams (Intake & Eligibility; Communications) charged with identifying means to further workforce system integration and seek full board action on the next steps. The Subcommittee will also follow-up on the presentation at the September meeting on the establishment of a state Labor Market Information Advisory Committee with recommendations for next steps.
2:30 – 3:30	Work Readiness Credential: Subcommittee Report Out & Next Steps Staff will provide an overview of the project status including the results of the field testing in New York State as well as across the country. The joint subcommittees will report out on the next steps in the Credential process leading toward conclusion of the development and approaching implementation. Board support will be sought for the decisions made by the subcommittee on appropriate next steps for delivery of the credential.
