Tom Flint, Vice President for Lifelong Learning, Policy and Research at the Council on Adult & Experiential Learning will present research and findings from CAEL’s work on behalf of the Ford Foundation. As our local boards undertake strategic workforce planning, this dialog is provided to help stimulate discussion on analyzing programs and institutional resources that serve adult learners and ways the State Board can help to promote and facilitate greater access for adult learners through workforce programs.
