- The New York State Department of Labor has selected the One-Stop Operating System (OSOS) as its case management/management information system for Workforce Investment Act programs.
The New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) has selected the One-Stop Operating System (OSOS) as its case management/management information system for all Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs, and is recommending that local Workforce Investment Areas utilize this system. OSOS, developed by America's Job Bank under a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), will produce all of the WIA reports that USDOL will require, and will be fully integrated with the Workforce Investment Network System (WINS). For more information on this system, please go to Technical
Advisory 54-99 One-Stop Operating System (OSOS) and Technical Advisory 53-99 OSOS Technology on this web site.
